The meat is then packed in a pork rind and left to dry for several weeks or months. Montbéliard sausage is known for its distinctive flavor and its pronounced garlic taste. Montbéliard sausage is very caloric, it is not suitable in case of overweight. It provides very similar iron and zinc.
